William is a seasoned business leader, multi-generational entrepreneur, and operational strategist with over a decade of experience driving growth across professional services, construction, and financial services. He has been an integral part of launching and scaling six companies, excels at building scalable infrastructure, sustainable business development practices and streamlines workflows with a people-first approach. William's results-oriented leadership empowers teams to play to their strengths by optimizing processes, technology, and culture.
Outside of work, William is a devoted husband and father, often found on the golf course refining his swing or under the hood of a car. He supports his community by volunteering with his church's youth programs and coaching local young business owners.

Bradley Ullrich
Managing Partner – Accounting, Finance & Information Management
Bradley leads BCC's accounting, finance, and information-systems transformation with a rare blend of technical rigor and entrepreneurial spirit. A CPA by training and former Partner-Track Growth Group Leader at Moss Adams, he advised over 65 clients across real estate, construction, and other sectors. He subsequently founded a high-impact advisory practice specializing in fractional CFO engagements, audit readiness, and systems implementation—helping businesses build financial infrastructures that are both resilient and forward-looking.
At home, Bradley is a proud father of two who cherishes family road trips and weekend golf outings. His passion for automotive innovation mirrors his commitment to continuous improvement in business processes, and he enjoys teaching the next generation of golfers.
